Per‑diem role. Provide home‑based speech‑language therapy to adult and geriatric clients on a per‑visit basis.

Responsibilities
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
Develop and continually revise a treatment plan based on evaluations, physician orders and recommended goals.
Participate in multidisciplinary care plans with BAYADA clinicians when appropriate.
Educate and instruct patients, family members or other representatives about rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety and independent living.
Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.
Qualifications
Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in FL.
Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent educational and experience credentials, with intent to obtain ASHA certification.
Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
Clearance through the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse.
