Role Description This is a contract, on‑site role for a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Delaware County, PA. The Speech‑Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children, primarily within early childhood. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the child’s development and therapy goals are achieved.

Qualifications

Strong skills in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood

Expertise in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking patient progress

Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals

Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques

Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills

Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities is a plus
