Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a MedSurgical setting

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educating patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions
Adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards
