Board certification or fellowship is required, and candidates must already have an active state license. Shifts are 10 hours, with no in-house or weekend call required; overtime is not expected but may be offered. The hospital uses Epic for charting, has 26 anesthesia rooms, and CRNAs are supervised by MDs at a 4:1 ratio. MDs do not perform their own cases.
