Seasonal Passenger Service Agents - Hourly Rate Plus Commission
Join Menzies Aviation LATAM as a Part‑Time Passenger Service Agent at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.
Pay
$15.00/hr Schedule
12‑16 hrs/week Training
Paid Uniform

Possible to year‑round position
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check‑ins, gate information, baggage claims, and other issues.
Interpret identification labels and baggage routing tags.
Host self‑service kiosks.
Maintain organized work areas.
Maintain a positive attitude while offering assistance.
Ensure safe and secure operations.
Lift and move up to 70 lbs of cargo and baggage; bend, stretch, push, and pull as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Pass pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
Comfortable lifting 70 lbs.
Stand for long periods at ticket counter and gate check‑in areas.
Pass FBI background check and obtain U.S. Customs seal.
Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Learn quickly.
Understand oral and written instructions; request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Work as part of a team.
Build relationships.
