Entry Level Behavior Technician
ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is looking for an Entry Level Behavior Technician to support children with autism and help them improve communication, problem‑solving, and social interaction skills.
Location Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Range Pay Range: $21–$27 per hour for clinical work* (based on experience)
Direct work with clients may be paid at the above rate; non‑clinical work such as training, travel, and meetings is paid at $15.16 per hour.
What You’ll Do
Work one‑on‑one with children with autism in one of our centers or a home‑based setting.
Reinforce positive behavior utilizing therapeutic techniques learned in our industry‑leading training program.
Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on a company‑provided iPad.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
Good judgement when responding to situations common among our clients.
Effective and compassionate communication skills when interacting with children and caregivers.
Previous experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or childcare volunteer is valued, but all applicants are welcome.
What You Need
A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
HS diploma or GED equivalent.
A willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology.
Reliable transportation for commuting to surrounding areas, including schools, ACES locations, and client homes.
Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at times needed by clients’ families; we try our best to work with your schedule.
