Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Average $75862 annually

Dedicated route

2 consecutive days off

Local, home daily

What you will do

Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships

Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages

Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

45 delivery stops and 1 drop and hook per week

Schedule

Dispatch time 1am

5 day schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Average 60 hours per week

Home daily

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.

Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.

1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years.

3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.

English language proficiency (required by federal law).

Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation and drug screening.

Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Ability to accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others.

Physical Requirements

The associate must be able to see and hear: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The associate must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, lift/move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).

The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely frequently enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
