Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.
Responsibilities
Providing excellent care for our patients
Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
Collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent care for our patients
Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
Completing timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
