We are currently hiring an
Equipment Operator
to work at our facility in
Stanton, TX (Midland) . In this position you will work outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a local job with no travel and no per diem. We offer family benefits, 401k, and paid vacation.
Pay Range:
$18-$22/hr. DOE
Schedule
Day Shift position working a 14 Days On 7 Days Off rotation.
For out-of-city applicants, we provide housing/man camps.
Working hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, ADT haul trucks, etc., to support day‑to‑day operations of the facility.
Perform water control duties such as monitoring and maintaining the customer truck wash rack, running 6X6 diesel‑driven pumps, oil skimming, and assisting with customer off‑loading.
Requirements
Heavy equipment operating experience.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Basic computer skills.
