Job Type:
Contract (1099) Part‑time
Schedule:
Flexible hours, 7 days a week, minimum 15 hours per week (weekends welcome).

Responsibilities
Conduct virtual psychiatric/primary‑care mental‑health evaluations and follow‑ups for adults.
Review history, medications, allergies and create or adjust evidence‑based treatment plans.
Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) in accordance with state law and company protocols; perform PDMP checks.
Document visits in the MH‑specific EMR and complete notes within required timelines.
Order and review labs when indicated; coordinate referrals for higher‑acuity or complex cases.
Schedule and encourage follow‑ups to ensure continuity; keep calendar open at least four weeks ahead.
Participate in brief clinical rounds/QA and follow established protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO with an active medical license.
Active DEA registration.
At least 2 years experience treating adult mental‑health conditions (e.g., ADHD, anxiety, depression) in primary care, psychiatry, or telemedicine.
Prior telehealth experience and comfort with EMRs.
Private HIPAA‑compliant workspace and reliable high‑speed internet.
Additional Qualifications
Board certification in psychiatry.
Experience with prescribing controlled substances (minimum 2 years).
Mental health certification preferred.
Multi‑state licensure and additional state DEAs a plus.
