Department Quality Care Rehab
Location Haven Health Safford
Compensation $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive assessment through clinical examination and diagnostic tests.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence‑based practice guidelines.
Perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re‑education.
Tailor and monitor treatment modalities to meet patient needs.
Guide patients through functional training, gait training, and ADL retraining, incorporating real‑life scenarios.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current license/certification in the state of practice.
