Seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13‑week contract in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include providing after‑delivery nursing care to new mothers, assisting with birth recovery, and coordinating with physicians and other team members to ensure optimal care for mother and infant. Duties include maintaining a clean environment, assisting with hygiene, monitoring postpartum bleeding, inspecting C‑section incisions, assessing pain, monitoring newborn bonding, performing emotional checks, recording vital signs, documenting medication reactions, and educating mothers on breastfeeding, baby care, diaper changing, etc.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to new mothers post‑delivery.
Assist with birth recovery and coordinate with doctors.
Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with mother hygiene.
Monitor postpartum bleeding, assess pain, inspect C‑section incisions.
Monitor newborn‑mother bonding and perform emotional checks.
Record vital signs and document medication reactions.
Educate mothers on breastfeeding, baby bathing, diaper change, and related care.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
NIH NRP training.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
Pay Details
Weekly pay.
Housing stipend.
Meal stipend.
Travel reimbursement.
