Position Overview

Pay Structure:
Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time
Schedule:
2025–2026 school year
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pediatric SLP evaluations and school‑based therapy services
Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff
Complete documentation and IEP goals aligned with school timelines
Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
Arizona SLP license (or eligible to apply)
Previous school‑based or pediatric experience preferred
Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments
Benefits
Base pay: $45–60 per hour
401(k) with employer matching
Paid sick leave
Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses
Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate
