We are looking for dedicated, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high quality care to our senior residents. As an LPN, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, effective nursing care and positive clinical outcomes while maintaining resident and family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and work closely with physicians and other medical professionals.
What Will You Do in This Role? • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. • Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, and education of nursing personnel.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Active, good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Professional image in appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
