You manage complex auto liability bodily injury claims from first notice of loss through settlement.You handle exposure analysis, liability evaluation, and settlement negotiations.
You communicate with claimants, insureds, attorneys, and vendors in English and Spanish.
You work independently while collaborating with internal casualty leadership.This role supports the Casualty Team and requires demonstrated bodily injury expertise.**EMPLOYMENT DETAILS**
• Full-time temporary position
• Remote work environment
• Must reside in Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
• Pay range: $72,000 – $75,000 annually**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Casualty Claim Handling
• Investigate and manage auto liability bodily injury claims
• Analyze exposure and determine appropriate reserves
• Evaluate liability and damages
• Negotiate settlements within authority
• Ensure timely and accurate claim resolutionInvestigation & Documentation
• Conduct recorded statements in English and Spanish
• Independently investigate complex injury claims
• Maintain clear, compliant, and detailed file documentation
• Identify fraud indicators and submit SIU referrals when appropriateClaim Coordination
• Manage multi-state claims in compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Submit underwriting risk alerts as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and legal partners
• Refer files for subrogation recovery**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**Experience & Licensing
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling significant auto liability bodily injury claims
• Proven experience with exposure analysis, liability determination, and settlement negotiations
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-state claims
• Active Arizona Adjuster License required
• Ability to obtain and maintain additional state licenses as needed
• Experience working with or through a Third-Party Administrator strongly preferredCore Capabilities
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to independently resolve complex injury claims
• Working knowledge of varying state statutes and regulatory requirements
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a remote environmentLanguage & Communication
• Fluency in Spanish and English required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages**EDUCATION**
