Responsibilities

Test and diagnose hearing loss according to Starkey clinical protocol and applicable state and federal laws.

Fit and sell hearing products and accessories, following Starkey sales protocol.

Provide counseling and follow‑up services to patients.

Maintain a successful and profitable office, collaborating with the Regional Manager/Director on financial management.

Oversee new and retention marketing efforts in coordination with National Marketing staff.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure in good standing.

Knowledge of software systems, including patient management software, NOAH, and Inspire OS.

Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize and execute a plan.

Salary and Other Compensation The target rate for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. Starting pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions per the company’s plan.
