Our client is an established and respected fully remote accounting services provider supporting multi‑unit companies that require assistance with their day‑to‑day accounting needs.
What You Will Be Doing
Full‑cycle bookkeeping/accounting services
Financial reporting and analysis with recommendations to clients
Daily client bookkeeping of A/R, A/P, sales, credit, and disbursements
Monthly reconciliations of vendor, bank, and credit card statements
Management of balance‑sheet accounts (petty cash, payroll liabilities, loans)
Processing and posting client payroll
Month‑end closing reporting and processing
Requirements
Full‑cycle bookkeeping/accounting for multi‑entity/multi‑location clients
Minimum of 5+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience
Experience supporting Home Services businesses (e.g., plumbing, electrical, construction, landscape, pest control)
Exceptional QuickBooks Online and Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, V‑lookup)
Experience with billable hours
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
End‑to‑end transactional bookkeeping with strong financial reporting and analysis skills
Proficiency in AI‑enabled tools and willingness to adapt workflows to incorporate AI support
