What You Will Do

Make build, make revisions, repair, and clean all components of molds, robots, and fixtures.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Make mold revisions and repairs

Do preventative maintenance on molds

Daily maintenance of Toolroom machinery

Scheduling of mold repairs

Repairs and machining of new fixtures

Building of new robot tooling

Making of replacement inserts and new inserts for molds

Communicate information effectively with co-workers from all shifts

Clean and maintain work areas

Additional qualifications that will help you be successful in this role:

Basic reading, writing and math skills needed in the English language. (This is usually obtained through a high school diploma or equivalent.) 4-year TMA degree (or equivalent) with machining experience and math knowledge of basic geometry and trigonometry.

Lathe, bridge port, and surface grinding experience

Knowledge of injection molds a plus

Die sink E.D.M. machining a plus

Knowledge of hot runner systems and wiring a plus
