Transaction Coordinator – Real Estate & Construction Full-Time | In-Office

We are seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator to support both real estate purchase and sale transactions and construction office operations. This role includes transaction coordination, document preparation, permitting, and general office support.

Responsibilities

Answer and return phone calls; schedule appointments

Open and manage real estate transaction files

Open and manage renovation/construction project files

Prepare and submit permit applications

Serve as office contact for clients and vendors

Verify document compliance and accuracy

Coordinate real estate transactions

Review title commitments and lien searches

Start utility services and obtain property insurance

Schedule inspections

Prepare documents and assist with general office tasks

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficiency with Microsoft and Google word processing and spreadsheets

Ability to prepare professional-quality documents and emails

Experience in real estate transaction coordination or title insurance processing
