Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
Location TAMU – 1001 Texas Clipper Road, Galveston, TX 77554 (Openings at other locations within the school district available).
Schedule Full‑time schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (flexible arrangements considered).
Requirements Prior maintenance experience required, including lead or supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation Pay Range: $19.00 per hour – $21.00 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
Evaluating employee performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
