Qualified applicants should:
Have a strong work ethic
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Have the ability to perform under minimal supervision
Have a clean driving record
Complete a background check, drug screen, and physical test
Be organized and self-motivated
Branch III Licensed
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
Inspecting and recommending necessary treatments and repairs according to the “uniform building code” for customer’s homes or businesses in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner.
Debrief crews and communicate throughout the duration of projects.
Inspectors shall be responsible to meet with and explain services and handle customer concern.
Inspectors may be called upon to perform duties other than prescribed for the purpose of accomplishing the day-to-day operation of the business.
Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle are always in a clean condition.
The hours of work are 7am to 5pm with a Saturday rotation, more hours may be necessary depending on the needs of the department and branch.
This is a full-time position that requires experience in various areas of construction, repair, and sales. A Branch III license is required for this position.
No Branch III license? No problem! We have Termite Crew Technician positions available with paid training to work up to becoming a Termite Inspector.
