$100,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Location : Naples, Florida (Commutable from Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Golden Gate, Marco Island & surrounding areas)
The Role
Lead healthcare and commercial construction projects from site start‑up through to completion
Manage live / occupied healthcare environments, prioritizing safety, quality, and uninterrupted operations
Take full responsibility for site operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution, communication, and delivery
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements
The Person
Superintendent with healthcare and/or commercial construction experience
Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and site management software
Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard
Motivated by career progression and stepping into larger, more complex projects
Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
