Construction Project Manager (PM) Field Operations team – Jacksonville, FL (active military base). The PM leads all phases of a project from conceptual design through final completion in support of RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Preference for local candidates; relocation or travel required. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Pay & Benefits Pay: US$110,000 – 170,000 per year.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (minimum). Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

2+ years of commercial project management experience.

6+ years of experience as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry; design‑build experience desired.

Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred: Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit.

CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour required; STS preferred.

LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred.

Qualifications & Certifications

U.S. citizenship.

Proof of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire.

Successful drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including Department of Defense background check if applicable.
