What You Will Do
Daily supervision of hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in designated departments and areas.
Provide direction to sanitation staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant work.
Assign work among sanitation lead persons and sanitors.
Ensure compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies and procedures.
Evaluate sanitors for promotion or status changes.
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and policies across all departments.
Assist Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager with training programs including safety training and ERP.
Report and investigate all accidents.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Must Haves
18 years of age or older.
6 or more months of sanitation experience.
Leadership and decision‑making skills.
General computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
Ability to wear PPE.
Basic math skills (read, write, add, subtract).
Capacity to work in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations.
What We Prefer
High School Diploma or GED.
Our Environment Wet, hot, or cold environment while wearing PPE. Shift may vary depending on location.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES / LABORES DEL TRABAJO

Microsoft Outlook, Excel y Word) Habilidad para utilizar equipo de protección personal y habilidad para trabajar en ambientes laborales con fluctuaciones extremas de temperatura.
