The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant located in California’s Silicon Valley. This facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full‑scale volume and offers in‑house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management, hubbing, and repair services.
Job Purpose
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre‑production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and components. Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Operate hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment as needed. Initiate process improvements of assigned working area. Fan Assembly: Assemble Fan (Novenco Fan) to sheet metal components. Use a crane and basic hardware and tools (drill, screws, nuts, ECT). Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of related production and technical experience. High school diploma; college courses preferred. Ability to lift and push up to 20 pounds. Ability to stand all day. Ability to communicate in English. Proficiency with hand tools such as electric drivers. Availability to work 40+ hours per week. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines under supervision. Read and understand prints and drawings. US Citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility requirement). Salary Range (annual): $41,600 – $45,760 ($20.00 – $23.00 per hour). Actual base pay within this range will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business, and, depending on the role, eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
