Required Skills

Effectively communicate requirements with stakeholders and development team

Collaborate with Project Manager, Architect, and developers to ensure business requirements are communicated, accepted, and meet expectations

Translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders into written requirement documents for development team, including Formal Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document, Technical Design Document, Technical Use Cases, User stories, Business Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, and Test cases

Create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of business processes

Create diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of data flow through system

Create and manage test cases for Quality Assurance

Be familiar with software and database development concepts

Work as a Technical Business Analyst on a software development team

Develop technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audiences

Have strong experience in requirements management and creating all documents listed above

Have strong experience in mapping business processes into technical documentation

Have strong experience in user acceptance testing

Analyze business functions

Generate process documentation and reports

Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio

Have extensive experience with data visualization

Communicate effectively, translating data into actionable insights

Apply Agile methodology
