About the Role Sunstone Global Venture LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple retail entities. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role supporting bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with management and external accountants.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping for multiple companies
Record sales, expenses, vendor bills, and journal entries
Handle bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
Track payables, receivables, and cash flow
Support payroll coordination and tax filings (with CPA)
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Requirements
2–5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory); Tally a plus
Experience handling multiple entities or retail businesses preferred
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must work on-site, full-time
