Effectively manage a block of routine disability claims. Deliver a superior customer experience through accurate, dependable service. Maintain strong customer relationships and focus on client satisfaction. What You’ll Need
1 year of Short Term Disability claim management or related health claim experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. Proven customer service skills and claim/risk management expertise. PC proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). It’d Be a Plus If You Had
Bilingual capability in Spanish and English. Achievement of individual development goals. Orientation toward results with strong organization, critical thinking, and time management. Adaptability to changing organizational needs. Additional Requirements
Virtual work requires a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download speed) and a cell phone or landline with unlimited data and minutes. Applicants must have a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace and demonstrate reliability and dependability throughout training. What We Offer You
Competitive base salary ranging from $42,000 to $69,300, with potential yearly bonus. Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; Paid Time Off (PTO) and leave of absence; 401(k) plan with company match (up to 4%) and company‑funded pension plan.
