We are looking for a dedicated team member to support digital initiatives across BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. The part‑time role involves pulling merchandise, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service in the Omni space.

Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The role supports all digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities

Process member purchases quickly and courteously, pulling merchandise from a pick list and using an RF handheld scanner to verify items.

Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.

Communicate inventory or equipment issues, including expired or short‑dated items, to the club team.

Work with the team to pull merchandise from the reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment.

Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.

Maintain a high level of urgency to meet deadlines and key performance indicators.

Adhere to operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with established SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership when metrics are not met.

Securely package orders following standard operating procedures.

Keep the SFC area neat, clean, and organized, performing general housekeeping duties.

Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to SOP.

Process returns, determining how to handle them via DDR or the Membership desk.

Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and dress code standards.

Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding SLA, performance metrics, and goals.

Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

Qualifications

Previous order pulling experience preferred.

Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Job Conditions

Most of the time spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces, positioning to examine or scan merchandise, bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, and stooping.

Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds; occasionally lifting heavier objects with assistance.

Work in a comfortable environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment, with potential exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.

May be exposed to company-approved cleaning agents occasionally.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position: starting from $16.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
