Remas Company, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a (Floral) company in Boca Raton, FL. This is a temporary position with full time hour and overtime, approximately, 40 to 50 hour per week.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and package flower orders for shipment, ensuring they are accurate and complete
Organize and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store materials
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
