Job Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment

Work with clients to define event objectives and ensure their expectations are met

Manage budgets and track event expenses to stay within financial constraints

Develop and maintain event timelines to ensure smooth operations

Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services

Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and resolve them promptly

Ensure events adhere to health and safety regulations

Evaluate event success and gather feedback from clients and attendees

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning or related field preferred

Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings as required

Competitive hourly pay: $22 - $38
