Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options for their equipment. Duties, While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to twenty pounds.**Job Requirements:** Previous experience working in automotive or construction industry preferred. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).Must be able to manage heavy phone volume with great data entry skills while paying close attention to details.
