Physical Therapists

to join our in-house therapy team at Aspen Pointe Health & Rehab in St Charles, MO. We’re a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri.

This is a

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

SNF experience is a plus – but

new grads are encouraged to apply!

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care
