About the Job:

As a Shop Worker at Ironclad Environmental Solutions, your primary focus will be supporting the service and repair of rental equipment and assisting with inventory control. You will help maintain equipment standards, contribute to operational efficiency, and ensure that all units are rental‑ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Helps coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories

Assists with evaluation of cycle counts and helps coordinate adjustments

Inspects and ensures that all equipment is properly repaired or serviced prior to being released

Completes all equipment check sheets as required

Ensures that all parts, labor, and miscellaneous items are included on the work‑order

Operates fork‑lift as required to move equipment and supplies

Deliver and/or pick up berms from customers

Other duties as assigned

Equipment Used and Responsibility:

Mechanics tools

Truck

Welder/solder

Telephone and radio equipment

Qualifications This is a safety‑sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.

Prospective employees must submit to a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, required

1 year of inventory control experience required

Mechanical aptitude required

Welding experience preferred

Must be able to obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate (MCE)

Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire

Valid driver’s license

Experience in rental/pump industry, preferred
