About the Role We are seeking a dependable Pack-Out Technician to assist with the removal, inventory, protection, transport, and return of personal contents from residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
This is a hands‑on, physical position that plays a critical role in helping customers protect their belongings during the restoration process.
Key Responsibilities
Carefully pack, label, inventory, and document customer contents
Load and unload contents for transport to and from secure storage
Wrap, protect, and stage furniture and personal items on‑site
Maintain accurate inventory records and photos
Work closely with mitigation and restoration crews
Keep vehicles, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
Interact professionally and compassionately with customers during stressful situations
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working in damaged or construction‑type environments
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately
Background check required
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in contents handling, moving, restoration, or warehouse work. This is an entry‑level position so no experience is required as we will provide the training necessary to succeed.
IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain)
Basic familiarity with inventory or photo documentation apps
