Automotive Detailer (Chillicothe, OH):

We hire enough detail technicians to handle the workload generated by our purchasing and reconditioning team, which allows you to operate efficiently without being overwhelmed.
As an Automotive Detailer, your main responsibility is to return trade-in and auction vehicles to as close to "like-new" condition as possible for our customers! This is done by thoroughly cleaning vehicles inside and out, including: under‑hood components, trunks, rear compartments, inside gas doors, fender wells, truck beds, tires, wheels, windows, dashes, interior panels, headliners, door jambs and sill plates, cup holders, and under seats.

Responsibilities:
Vacuum, shampoo, and apply fabric/leather/carpeting conditioners as needed
Wax, polish, buff, and apply exterior paint sealant as needed
Air dry around moldings and door handles to prevent water runoff and spotting
Apply deodorizing treatments as required
Document all reconditioning activities
Maintain a clean work area
Wash and fold work towels
Trash Removal
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a valid, insurable Driver's License
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Automotive experience preferred, but not required
Prior detailing experience preferred, but not required
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
Must be able to stand for long periods
