Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapy services to patients in both skilled nursing (inpatient) and outpatient settings.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Idaho (required).
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient care preferred but not required.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
Passion for improving the lives of patients through personalized therapy services.
