Responsibilities
Work closely with all departments including Planning, Transportation and outside vendors.
Maintaining professional communication and interactions at all times.
Responsible for scheduling and maintaining shift work schedule, working with management staff to plan daily workloads accordingly.
Assembling all of the paperwork needed for the work day.
Responsible for all incoming paperwork and documentation.
Verify paperwork for accuracy and discrepancies.
Distributes all related paperwork to appropriate person(s) or department(s).
Filing and recordkeeping responsibility.
Communication of any concerns with workloads and paperwork to appropriate person(s) or department(S).
Assist with training/cross training teammates.
Following proper SSOP’s, GMP’S, HACCP and other plant rules.
Tasks completed in a timely manner.
Capable of operating and knowing all distribution center equipment. Being able to identify technical issues and communicate to your supervisor or appropriate department.
Duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
High School diploma, GED equivalency
Minimum of two (2) years of college preferred
Preferred three (3) years related experience in a distribution environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
