Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Door Service and Installation Technician to join our team. This on‑site position is located in Lansdale, PA. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of door systems, including residential garage doors, commercial overhead doors, hollow metal doors, and dock equipment. Daily tasks may include troubleshooting issues, repairing to existing systems or opening assemblies, installing new door systems, and ensuring equipment meets safety and quality standards. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem‑solving related to door systems and associated equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries
Experience with mechanical systems and the technical aspects of installation and repair work
Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering quality service
Ability to work efficiently in a hands‑on, on‑site environment
Previous experience in door service and installation or a related field is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for job assignments
