The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino's Pizza: Answer phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu. Maintain a perfect image according to standard. Demonstrate customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize 2) Give what they want 3) Offer something extra. Count pepperoni and ham on every order each day no matter the topping amount. Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to place in the oven. Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery. Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order NO EXCEPTION. Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money. Do not have a pocket knife or any weapon while working. Driver vehicles are neat, clean and in a positive image while working. Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery. Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products. Only proper procedure for products is allowed. Every driver must have completed Safe Delivery CBT. Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed. Responsible for all results in assigned stores. Insuring food, labor and service goals are within goal. Review P&L with direct supervisor each month. Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day. Insuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards. Ensure all stores are staffed and training of all team members. Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained. For insuring all new products or ideas are implemented seamlessly. Insuring all stores run at a minimum 4-star level. Self OER’s are performed 1st week of each period and appropriate corrections made. Evaluations and raises completed as needed, paperwork and D.O. notified. Follow through of all assignments as well as insuring all reports and paperwork is turned in timely. All reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate. Know all product and operational standards. All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order. Store Budgets maintained. All school lunches are prepared and delivered within standards needed by school. Provide accurate and detailed accountability and insure paper trail exists. All equipment is available and utilized correctly. Inventory checks performed on each store each month. Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place. Seniority Level
