Communications Operator – Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
Location: Grand Wailea Resort, Maui, Hawaii
Schedule: Part‑time – availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays required.
Classification: Full‑time
Pay Rate: $27.20 per hour (based on experience and location).
What Will I Be Doing?
Answer and respond to internal and external calls in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
Respond to emergencies and document and relay accurate information to the appropriate parties.
Accept and deliver messages promptly and accurately, using proper grammar and spelling.
Operate office equipment, including computers, PBX system, fax machine, email, etc.
