University Advancement Student Assistant – Front Desk (Finance)
Average Number of Hours per Week: up to 20 hours per week
Schedule: Morning, afternoons, and some nights and weekends.

Additional Information for Applicants Work well in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong oral communication skills, work well independently or with a team. Able to lift at least 50 pounds and move/manipulate items up to 100 pounds. Read and follow written instructions. Must be a currently enrolled USF student.
Duties The Alumni Center Student Assistant will serve as assistant to the Facility Manager of the Gibbons Alumni Center.
Duties include managing the reception desk, greeting visitors to the building and answering the Alumni Center phone line. Additional duties encompass maintaining the service flow during the set‑up, execution, and breakdown of events and meetings held in the USF Gibbons Alumni Center; accepting and delivering mail to the Alumni Center mailrooms; performing general cleaning and building maintenance tasks; and completing special projects as assigned. This position reports to the Facility Manager and has a dotted line to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO.
