The Spirit of the Position Do you love driving cars? Meeting new people? Are you energetic and fast on your feet? We are looking for a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic Valet Attendant to provide great customer service while parking vehicles.
What Will I Do? • Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Greet customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop rapport.
• Direct traffic to maintain smooth flow.
• Demonstrate self‑reliance and proactive attitude.
• Work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations with a smile and genuine service.
You Are:
Dynamic – charismatic, energetic, and helpful.
Dependable – reliable and dependable.
A good driver with a clean record; can ride a standard transmission.
Good under pressure – remains calm and focused.
Proficient communicator – can speak, read, and understand English.
Team player – open to other opinions and motivates teammates.
Education High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
Skills
Manual transmission driving ability.
Professional and effective communication.
Flexibility to work multiple facility locations.
Ability to handle challenging or emotionally charged situations.
Independent decision‑making.
Sense of urgency and timeliness.
Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands
Work in various weather conditions.
Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
Stand, walk, run for extended periods.
Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently.
