Position Overview As a vehicle detailer you will be responsible for cleaning, restoring, installing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of Ford and Lincoln vehicles to enhance their appearance and condition. This role is essential in preparing vehicles for sale, rental, and customer delivery, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of cleanliness, and presentations.
Responsibilities
Wash and detail Ford vehicles that are in the delivery process
Wash and detail Lincoln service customers’ vehicles
Install aftermarket accessories and enhancements
Inspect finished vehicles to ensure the customer receives the highest quality service
Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and successfully executed
Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment
Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely manner
Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organizationPerform additional tasks as directed by management
Requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrates a strong work ethic
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
