What You’ll Do... The Lead Lawn Technician is the go-to expert for first-time services and lawns that need extra attention. This role focuses on solving tough lawn issues, building strong customer relationships, and keeping lawns on track. From creating custom recovery plans to seeing them through, the Lead Lawn Technician plays a big role in bringing lawns back to life and keeping customers happy.

The completion of fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide, and fungicide applications on a scheduled daily route while safely operating and maintaining company vehicles and equipment
The ability to identify lawn and pest issues, perform basic calculations, develop and implement corrective treatment plans, and clearly communicate technical recommendations to customers
The use of handheld technology to manage service calls, documentation, and customer information while staying organized and managing an independent daily route
The ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members, provide general service information, conduct service calls, and handle problem‑solving or complaint resolution
The demonstration of strong technical lawn and ornamental knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to diagnose complex lawn issues
The physical capability to perform job duties, including standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, squatting, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs, and safely driving a large, heavy lawn truck
The flexibility to adapt to daily scheduling changes, follow direction from the Lawn Supervisor, and assist with training and supporting new and current lawn technicians
