Sprinkler Helper
to join our
Fire Protection Services Team
in
Tampa or Miami, FL
where you’ll play a key role in supporting the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems across commercial and industrial buildings.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the layout, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler piping systems and fire pumps
Install valves, hangers, sprinklers, and related components under the guidance of a fitter or foreman
Support hydrostatic testing and other system verification procedures to identify leaks or deficiencies
Help with inventory tracking, material handling, and documentation as well as maintaining a clean and organized job site
Work alongside experienced technicians to ensure installations meet NFPA standards, local codes, and customer requirements
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required
No industry experience required; construction experience is preferred
Valid driver’s license required; must be willing to travel
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the fire protection industry
Ability to read blueprints and redlining fabrication drawings preferred
Excellent communication skills and a positive customer service attitude
Ability to work independently, adapt to various physical work environments, and lift heavy objects
OSHA 30 training required or must obtain within 30 days of employment

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
