Overview
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing experienced painters to provide painting services for occupied rental properties. We handle finding the work for you, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing. You handle completing the job and providing a great experience for the resident. Responsibilities
Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching and priming surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion Paint application: applying paint, stains and other finishes using brushes, rollers and spray equipment Material selection and paint matching: choosing appropriate paints and materials based on project specification Requirements
Able to perform various painting techniques, tools and materials and provide your own vehicle and tools Able to pass background check 3+ years experience preferred Company
No referral or lead fees associated with taking our work This is a 1099 contractor position We leverage our own app for assigning and completing work orders Pay
The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work Stellar collects a nominal marketplace fee for each completed work order Pay is by direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis
