Contractor Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each clients needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing. Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect and support each other on their mental health journey. Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in the field. Requirements
Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C. Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a therapeutic alliance and collaborate with colleagues. Passion for making a positive impact on clients mental well-being. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive clinic culture. Cultural sensitivity and an inclusive approach to therapy to meet diverse client needs.
