Key Responsibilities
Provide trauma-focused mental health therapy to children and families affected by abuse
Deliver long-term therapeutic care in a safe, supportive environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans
Support children in developing coping skills, resilience, and emotional stability
Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Licensed therapist or actively working toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience or strong interest in trauma-focused therapy and child/family counseling
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication, empathy, and clinical judgment
Compensation
Salary Range: $58,464 - $68,904 annually
