Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler / Unloader
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler to join our team at our Chino, CA location. The primary responsibility of this role is to unload freight, sort and stack materials, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Please note that this position is not a travel team site, and candidates must live locally.
Shift 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm (Overtime as needed)
Compensation Humano pays based on productivity. The more efficiently you work, the more money you can earn. The current team is earning an average of $21 per hour with a minimum of $17 per hour.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
Unload freight from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment
Sort and stack materials in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Physical stamina and endurance to perform duties effectively
Commitment to upholding company standards and values
